Prior to joining the firm in June of 2008, Mr. Ewin practiced in the areas of workers compensation, personal injury, social security disability, commercial litigation and securities regulations. During that time, Mr. Ewin acted as lead counsel in numerous trials and also served as his prior firm's lead appellate counsel.

Currently, Mr. Ewin is practicing in the areas of first party insurance defense, third party insurance defense, insurance coverage litigation, sinkhole litigation, mold litigation and workers compensation.
